Empowering Women to Exit Safely, Heal Loudly, and Rebuild Boldly.
Whether she's quietly planning or boldly rebuilding,
IgniteHer walks beside her.
Our workshops, resources, and survivor-first community
help turn fear into freedom, and silence into strength.
How We Help Women Reclaim Their Power
At IgniteHer, we blend trauma-informed education, survivor-first community, and real-world tools to support women through every phase — from quiet planning to confident new beginnings.
Because healing isn’t one-size-fits-all. And every woman deserves a path to safety, choice, and freedom.

About IgniteHer
Founded in 2023 by survivor and advocate Tiffiny Newton, IgniteHer was born from one woman’s escape — but it was never meant to stop there.
Today, IgniteHer is a movement for every woman who’s ever whispered “Am I in an abusive relationship?” or “I need a way out” and didn’t know where to turn.
We help women learn safe exit strategies, rebuild self-confidence, and rediscover their strength through trauma-informed workshops, real-world resources, and a survivor-first community.
We bring lived experience, fierce determination, and real-world understanding to everything we do.
Because this isn’t just about raising awareness.
It’s about lighting a path to freedom — one woman at a time.

The Story That Sparked The Movement

From survivor to advocate, Tiffiny Newton’s quiet escape became the spark for what IgniteHer would become.
Her story isn’t about her. It’s about every woman still searching for a safe way out — and the path we can bravely build together.

The Warriors Behind the Work
Behind every IgniteHer workshop, event, and act of courage is a growing circle of women rising.
Some lead sessions. Some share their stories. Some simply show up, to stand beside a sister, to listen without judgment, or to remind someone that she’s not alone.
Survivors. Advocates. Volunteers. A rising circle of women.

You Are Not Alone - Your Story Matters
Every survivor’s journey is unique — but no one has to walk it alone.
Whether you’re healing, helping, or just starting to find your voice, your story has power.
Sharing it could help another woman take her first brave step.
“I thought I was the only one. Then I read her story — and I realized I wasn’t alone.” — IgniteHer Community Member
